Delivery

There is a standard shipping charge of £3.95 + VAT for all orders upto a total value of £100.00. For orders with an overall product value exceeding £100.00 shipping will be free. However, if Next Day Delivery is required a delivery charge of £8.00 + VAT will be applied on all orders. To obtain free shipping for orders over £100.00 the entire order must be shipped together. If you require items to be sent seperately the standard shipping fee will apply.

All orders sent overseas will be charged at the relevant rate. We will contact you by e-mail to advise you of the cost before the item is shipped.

If the product is in stock we will post the item the next day via 1st Class post unless otherwise requested. If the item is in stock with the manufacturer we will deliver the item with in 28 days. If there is any delay over 28 days we will contact you as soon as is practically possible to inform you. 

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If a manufacturer has an item in stock it is generally 5 working days before we receive it. 

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Knightingale Marketing Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure
Knightingale Marketing Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from Knightingale Marketing Ltd then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 8 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Knightingale Marketing Ltd website, or by phoning us on 020 8787 7037.
